Order of the Supreme Court of India in the matter of State of Odisha Vs Orissa Trust of Technical Education & Others dated 15/07/2019 regarding policy on telemedicine in the state of Odisha. State of Odisha question the correctness of the interim orders passed by the High Court in a Writ Petition filed by the Orissa Trust of Technical Education seeking to challenge the steps which were initiated by the State Government to formulate and implement a holistic policy for ‘telemedicine’ within the State.
