Reply affidavit by Maharashtra Pollution Control Board in Original Application No 32/2023 (WZ) (Raju alias Devavappa Anna Shetty & Others Vs M/s Shri Dutt India Pvt Ltd & Others) dated 17/02/2024.

The SPCB informed said that total environmental damage compensation (EDC) amounting to Rs 90 crore has been calculated and the same has been communicated to Sangli Miraj and Kupwad City Municipal Corporation.
