NGT Eastern Bench directs the State Pollution Control Board to proceed against M/s Solux Galfab (P) Ltd. as the unit has been defying the process of law with impunity and institute coercive proceedings.

It is alleged that the industrial units discharge untreated water into the canals and emit smoke causing air and water pollution in the area.
