The industry would be permitted to operate for a period of two weeks w.e.f. 11th March, 2016 and Director, IIT, Kanpur shall nominate a appropriate Professor/Associate Professor to be the part of the inspection team.

NGT permits the unit to operate for a period of two weeks commencing from 08th February, 2016. A joint inspection team along with a representative of IIT Kanpur will conduct the inspection of the unit and prepare videographing of the entire inspection to be submitted to the Tribunal along with the analysis reports.
