Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Vinesh Madanyya Kalwal Vs. State of Maharashtra & Ors dated 21/01/2014. NGT also directed the MPCB to submit a report on the air pollution levels in
Chandrapur and Ghuguus areas and also the air pollution caused due to various major contributing industries/sources, along with status of implementation of Action Plan.
