Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Kaushambi Apartments Residents Welfare Association (KARWA) Vs. U.P. Pollution Control Board & Others dated 09/02/2017 regarding air and noise pollution in Kaushambi, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.

National Green Tribunal directs Delhi Pollution Control Committee and Uttar Pradesh Pollution Control Board to hold a meeting within one week and one of the issues to be dealt with would be the short term and long term action plans to ensure prevention and control of pollution particularly ambient air quality in that area.
