Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Anurag Saxena & Others Vs Union of India & Others dated 03/09/2019 regarding banning of vehicles depending on the conditions instead of age of vehicles. The applicant in person states that order of the Tribunal dated 26.11.2014 in O.A No. 21/2014, Vardhaman Kaushik v. Union of India was erroneous.

NGT dismissed the application saying "the remedy against the order of this Tribunal is elsewhere, we are unable to entertain this application."
