Order of the National Green Tribunal (Western Zone Bench, Pune) in the matter of Babubhai Ramubhai Saini & Ors. Vs. G.P.C.B & Ors. dated 25/04/2016 regarding closure of industries who are using Coal Tar as fuel, if there is no consent obtained by them, Gujarat. Counsel for GPCB brings to the Tribunal's notice as also Counsel for the Applicant that the Order of the Supreme Court has directed Union of India to make a statement as to whether Union of India has specified any parameters/standards for using Coal Tar as fuel in Ceramic industry/coal Gasifiers and Silicate and other Frit Industries.
