MoEF & CC & Others dated 30/08/2016 regarding an industry in Bhadra-Badh District Haridwar, Uttarakhand running without having consent to operate and authorization. Counsel appearing on behalf of the Uttarkahnad Environment protection and Pollution Control Board submitted before the Tribunal that the unit has provided the borewell for ground water abstraction and water is being drawn without permission from CGWA.
