Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of M/s. SLG Bright Wires Vs. Uttarakhand Environment Protection & Pollution Control Board dated 12/08/2016 regarding M/s. SLG Bright Wires engaged in manufacturing of MS steel wires, Alloy steel wires, SS wires, Copper wire & Brass wires involving annealing, pickling, phosphating and wire drawing operating without consent.

National Green Tribunal directs the Uttarakhand Environment Protection and Pollution Control Board to place on record the facts as to when industrial unit started, episodes of operations without consent, average water consumption, source of water and when the compliances referred to in the letter of consent were made by the industry from time to time.
