Order of the National Green Tribunal (Central Zonal Bench, Bhopal) in the matter of Niraj Pratap Singh vs. Union of India & Ors. dated 16/09/2015 regarding pollution caused by Bheda Ghat Marble Pvt. Ltd., Bhedaghat, Madhya Pradesh.

The Tribunal directed the R.O., MPPCB to carry out an inspection of the premises of the Respondent No. 5 (Bheda Ghat Marble Pvt. Ltd.) as also submit the details with regard to adjoining area as "we find from the annexed photographs of the vegetation which clearly depicts that fine dust and slurry particles can be seen visible on all the vegetation in the surrounding area".
