Compliance cum action taken report in the matter of Swami Narhariyanand Sarovar Vs State of Madhya Pradesh & Others. The report is in response to the National Green Tribunal, July 13, 2022.

The matter related to conservation of Narhariyanand talab, village Saikheda, district Narsingpur, Madhya Pradesh. The urban local body is setting up a sewage treatment plant (STP) having the capacity of 2.6 MLD which has been constructed through MPUDCL. Around 80 per cent of work has been completed.
