PARADIP: An uneasy calm prevails in Dhinkia panchayat, the proposed Posco site, with irate villagers of Dhinkia, Gobindpur, Patana and Noliasahi digging up approach roads at 15 points from Jatadhari mouth to Dhinkia to prevent officials and police from entering the project site.
