'Voices from the Waters 2008' - the third International Film Festival on water, is being organised in Bangalore from September 13 to 18.

Touted to be the biggest festival in the world on the subject, the film festival will provide a platform for learning, interaction, debate and celebration of water as a precious natural resource.
