RAGHUNATHPUR (Purulia), Feb. 26: While laying the foundation stone for Shyam Steel Industries Ltd's greenfield steel plant at Loshmanpur village mouza, near Purulia, chief minister Mr Buddhadeb Bhattacharjee expressed his hope that the area would soon grow into an industrial hub.
