DIGBOI, Aug 22: As a part of the awareness-related agenda of 26 Assam (I) company NCC Digboi, an environment-based awareness rally was taken out last morning through the heart of the historic oil city of Digboi. The rally, which set off from Digboi High School, was flagged off by Digboi College Principal In-charge Dipika Hazarika, who attended the programme as the chief guest.
