Finland on Tuesday expressed its willingness to offer new technologies to the Delhi Government in the field of waste management, improvement in sewer management and multi-utility pipe and cabling management during a meeting of its Ambassador in India Terhi Hakala and counsellor Juha Pyykko with Delhi Urban Development and Finance Minister A. K. Walia at his office in Delhi Secretariat.
