Rashtriya Gramin Vikas Nidhi (RGVN) celebrated its 20th foundation day on April 20. To commemorate the occasion a function was organised at the Tirthanath Sarma Bhawan, Chandmari, where well-known persons from the development sector and financial institutions were present along with RGVN partners.
