CHANDIGARH: Haryana is one of the first States in the country to get approved power distribution reforms projects for 36 towns which are covered under Part I of the Restructured-Accelerated Power Development and Reforms Programme (R-APDRP) of the Union Government, Financial Commissioner and Principal Secretary Power Ashok Lavasa said here on Tuesday.
