Hot stuff

Heatermeals of Cincinnati, USA, has made it possible to have a warm meal anywhere and anytime you wish. Details on the new device (Newsweek, September 25, 1995) states: "remove the food container from the packing carton, pour two ounces of water on its food-heating pad - this starts a chemical reaction that produces heat. Place the food container on the pad and slide it back into the carton. In about 15 minutes, the meal is ready for you to chow down." Each Heatermeal, which costs US $4.50, comes with utensils, a napkin, salt and pepper.
