India on Thursday called for enhanced economic cooperation with Uruguay in sectors such as agriculture, pharmaceuticals, textiles, automobiles, machineries and IT to enhance bilateral trade.

In 2009-10, the two-way commerce between both countries stood at $64.37 million.
