The city dwellers now have a toll free number ~ 033-23359088 ~ through which they can lodge their complaint about environmental laws being violated, announced the state environment minister, Mr Sudarshan Ghosh Dastidar, at the celebration of World Environment Day organised by the West Bengal Pollution Control Board (WBPCB) at Nazrul Manch today.
The minister said that residents of any part of the
