Sept. 23: The Kolleru lake restoration plan is in doldrums as the state has no money to pay for compensation and rehabilitation worth Rs 650 crore.
The Centre has already clarified to the state they can neither give financial assistance nor reduce the sanctuary area from Cantour 5 to Cantour 3.
