Many politicians, bureaucrats, investor and land grabbers are severely affected with decision of chief minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan to scrap and reject the Bhopal Master Plan. Though the decision came when the city lifeline, the Upper and other lakes future was at stake. Chouhan would be remembered for long, with this decision.
