• The plant will not discharge any effluent outside the factory premises directly or indirectly and shall not cause pollution of the wells in the nearby area

• It would increase the efficiency of scrubbing

• It would upgrade pollution control devices

• It would use forced solar evaporation of treated effluent during monsoon season

• In case of any pollution problem in the surrounding area, it would voluntarily stop manufacturing activities.
