Indira Gandhi National Open University on Thursday launched through teleconferencing a Certificate programme in Water Harvesting and Management (CWHM). The university also made all its 60 regional centres the special programme centres (SPCs) for this programme. The learning package will be supported by audio video CDS and cassettes made available at SPCs and regional centres.
