Guwahati: The National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC) has signed an agreement with the Mizoram government for execution of 460 mega watt Kolodyne Stage II Hydro Electric Project on the Kolodyne river in Sahia and Lawngtlai districts of Mizoram.
