BHUBANESWAR: Finances of poor states like Orissa may go for a toss in the coming days as the Centre has made no commitment in the interim Budget to meet the additional liability on account of implementation of the recommendations of the Sixth Pay Commission.The burden on the state exchequer is likely to be close to Rs 5000 cr because of the enhanced salary and pension.The State Government expected
