With a view to compulsorily enlisting participation of the Panchayati Raj Institutions in implementation of the flagship schemes, the Union Rural Development Ministry has advised the State Governments to seek approval of the labour budget of NREGS for the ongoing fiscal from all the gram sabhas, panchayat samities and zila parishads in their jurisdiction.
