Coimbatore, Aug. 28 The Tamil Nadu Energy Development Agency (TEDA) is in talks with the sago units in the Namakkal and Rasipuram belt for helping them install biogas plants, TEDA Chairman and Managing Director, Mr R. C. Gandhi, said.
