NEW DELHI: The Congress candidate for the Lok Sabha from Chandni Chowk, Kapil Sibal, inaugurated his campaign office in Trinagar here on Tuesday.

Senior Congress leader Karan Singh and the area MLA, Anil Bhardwaj, were among those present.
