TIRUNELVELI: The Corporation, which has established the modern slaughterhouse at Melapalayam on an outlay of Rs. 50 lakh, has decided to administer the butchery through a qualified non-governmental organisation and hence, the local body has formulated stringent stipulations for managing it.
