DH News Service, Bangalore: The Union Minister of State for Shipping, Road Transport and Highways K H Muniyappa on Saturday said the National Highway Authority of India, (NHAI) has identified key highways and roads in the State to be upgraded under phases 2 and 3 of the National Highway Development Project, (NHDP).
