The construction of canal network under Indira Sagar and Upper Veda Project was found tardy in a review conducted by Vice Chairman, NVDA, O.P. Rawat on Saturday at Sanawad, 270 km from state capital. O.P. Rawat warned concerning engineers and contractors to be up to the mark or face punitive action.
