MUMBAI: The National Capital Region may soon emulate lessons on infrastructure development from Mumbai. Delhi Lt-Governor Tejendra Khanna held discussions with officials of the Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA) about using the public-private partnership (PPP) model for developing projects in the capital.
