This Task Force will establish a mechanism for receiving regular reports about all water management related issues and based on valid data of ground water and other water sources to draw up a well considered approach to utilization of resources for irrigation, human, animal, industrial and various other requirements in the short and wider term perspectives for conservation and ensuring against loss.
