Wants construction within permissible limits in NCZs & no tourism activity

In what has elated enviornmentalists across the state and left realtors frowning, the NCR Planning Board has asked Haryana to rework its sub-regional plan to ensure that construction is within permissible limits in natural conservation zones (NCZs) and there is no tourism activity as planned by the state.
