Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Dr. Amarjit Singh Nalwa & Others Vs The State of NCT Delhi & Others dated 09/11/2020. The issue for consideration is remedial action against failure to remove encroachment from forest land inspite of order of the NGT December 11, 2015 at certain locations in South Delhi.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Amarjit Singh Nalwa & Ors. Vs. The State of NCT of Delhi & Ors. dated 20/04/2017 regarding felling of trees, Jaunapur and Dera Mandi, Delhi.

NGT in the Order dated 11/12/2015 had directed NCT Delhi to take necessary measures to stop illegal activities of construction, laying of concrete RCC roads, both felling and cutting of trees, mining, digging of borewells, disposal of MSW and burning of plastic inside the forest area expeditiously which was not followed upon.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Dr. Amarjit Singh Nalwa & Ors. Vs. The State of NCT of Delhi & Ors. dated 20/01/2015 regarding illegal activities of felling and cutting of trees, construction of residential accommodation, laying of concrete RCC roads through forest, disposal of municipal waste, boring of illegal
tube wells, burning plastic and illegal mining activities in violation of Forest (Conservation) Act, 1980 in the notified forest areas of Jaunapur and Dera Mandi, Delhi.
