Order of the National Green Tribunal (Principal Bench, New Delhi) in the matter of Ashwani Kumar Dubey Vs. Union of India & Ors. dated 15/10/2014 regarding ground water contamination in the Singrauli area of Sonbhadra District caused by industries.
