After blue, its now black. The colour of the water of river Dikhow has turned blackish these days.

SIVASAGAR, Feb 6 – Unabated erosion caused by the Dikhow, a tributary of the Brahmaputra, is posing a serious threat to the existence of Hanhsora Manipuri Gaon in Sivasagar district.

SIVASAGAR: Erosion by the Dikhow river in the State has taken a dangerous turn as most of the places in upper Assam, particularly in Sivasagar district, have been badly hit by flood waters.
