Order of the Bombay High Court regarding the ban on Maggi, 13/08/2015

The Bombay high court on 13 August 2015, struck down FSSAI’s order of a nationwide ban on the sale of Nestle India's popular 2-minute Maggi noodles. Nestle India has been asked to conduct fresh safety tests on the product before relaunching it.
