Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Society for Preservation of Kasauli and its Environs (SPOKE) Vs. Himachal Pradesh Tourism Development Corporation & Others dated 06/06/2016 regarding water scarcity in Tehsil Kasauli, Solan District, Himachal Pradesh. NGT directs the State of Himachal Pradesh to file all annexures which are annexed to the report including plan for Rain Water Harvesting System that they have placed on record, within two weeks.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Society for Preservation of Kasauli and its Environs (SPOKE) Vs. Himachal Pradesh Tourism Development Corporation & Others dated 29/02/2016 regarding construction activity that is being carried on in Kasauli and the surrounding areas without compliance of law.

NGT directs both the counsel to submit the list of the properties which are being constructed illegally, unauthorisedly in Kasauli whether in cantonment area, non- cantonment area or even in the near-by areas to Kasauli to which the Development Plan applies.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Society for Preservation of Kasauli and its Environs (SPOKE) Vs. Himachal Pradesh Tourism Development Corporation & Ors. dated 24/02/2016 regarding constructions mainly of commercial nature in Kasauli and their adverse impacts on environment, ecology or water bodies. NGT appointed a Committee regarding submiting a comprehensive report to the Tribunal.
