Order of the National Green Tribunal (Principal Bench, New Delhi) in the matter of Manoj Mishra Vs. Union of India & Ors. dated 31/07/2015 regarding pollution of river Yamuna.

The Lawrence Road CETP plant run by DSIIDC and Okhla plant run by Okhla CETP Society is to show cause as to why environmental compensation not be imposed upon them for not maintaining these plants in proper condition and performing as per the prescribed standards.

Order of the National Green Tribunal (Principal Bench, New Delhi) in the matter of Manoj Mishra Vs. Union of India & Ors. dated 29/07/2015 regarding river pollution Yamuna.

The Tribunal in its order noted "that in the flood plain area already demarcated by the DDA, not only illegal and unauthorized activities are going on, but even commercial activities of manufacturing cement pots and clay pots is going on unauthorizedly and illegally and without authority of the DDA."

Order of the National Green Tribunal (Principal Bench, New Delhi) in the matter of Manoj Mishra Vs. Union of India & Ors. dated 28/07/2015 regarding Yamuna pollution.

Additional Chief Secretary, Irrigation and Additional Chief Secretary, Urban Local Bodies Haryana informed the Tribunal that ten cumecs water would be continued to be discharged at Hathnikund. However, they may have some difficulty in the lean season to maintain 10 cumecs flow in the River Yamuna from Hathnikund to Wazirabad.
