Order of the National Green Tribunl in the matter of Manoj Mishra Vs. Union of India & Others dated 22/02/2018 regarding high level of ammonia in the water which is reaching the water reservoir of Delhi Jal Board.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Manoj Mishra Vs. Union of India & Others dated 04/10/2017 regarding pollution of river Yamuna. The Counsel appearing for NCT Delhi submits that the cleaning process of the banks of river Yamuna is in progress. The idols which were immersed into the water are being removed and the authorities including Corporation will carry them to the appropriate sites.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Manoj Mishra Vs. Union of India & Others dated 19/05/2017 regarding pollution of river Yamuna generated in the area of Delhi. Tribunal is informed that within a period of one month the civil construction and mechanical work of STPs, sewage and connectivity would start and the same would be completed by May, 2019. NGT compliments the various stakeholders i.e.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Manoj Mishra Vs. Union of India & Others dated 14/03/2017 regarding cleaning of river Yamuna. In relation to the 14 STPs it is stated that 7 STPs were approved by the Secretary of Ministry of Water Resources and they would be financed by the Namami Gange (NMCG), however, it is clarified that no fresh financial proposal need to be submitted as the work is being executed under the tenders invited already.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Manoj Mishra Vs. Union of India & Others dated 06/06/2016 regarding cleaning up of river Yamuna. In the Order Tribunal observes that the water of Yamuna is highly contaminated and polluted which contain acidic, heavy metals and other high pollutants which are very injurious to human health. It cannot be treated as source of irrigation for agricultural purposes. If it is permitted, it will become part of food chain which will reach to human being causing various diseases.

Order of the National Green Tribunal (Principal Bench, New Delhi) in the matter of Manoj Mishra Vs. Union of India & Ors dated 16/09/2015 regarding preventing and controlling pollution of River Yamuna as well as preventing degradation of its flood plain.

The Tribunal in its order said that "no commercial/construction activity by use of machines or otherwise, except floriculture and silviculture would be allowed to be carried on by any of the authorities, particularly DDA".

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Manoj Mishra Vs. Union of India & Ors dated 12/08/2015 regarding Yamuna river pollution.

The Tribunal in its Order said that in relation to the 11 industrial clusters in Delhi which are not connected to any CETP and are directly connected to one STP or the other, complete and comprehensive report shall be submitted by DSIIDC, DPCC, Department of industries and the CPCB.
