Judgement of the Supreme Court of India in the matter of Jitendra Singh Vs Ministry of Environment & Others dated 25/11/2019 regarding allotment of local ponds to private industrialists. The case was dismissed by the National Green Tribunal (NGT) on the basis of an affidavit filed by Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority on the ground that it was developing bigger alternative water bodies.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Nirma Limited Vs. MoEF & Others dated 23/08/2013 regarding whether the lands in questions are wet land, water bodies, bund, Bandharas etc. and as to whether they are having adverse effects due to the proposed Project of the Project Proponent - Nirma Limited. Also the Learned Expert Members who had visited the site earlier, would also visit the site in monsoon season so as to assess the complete and comprehensive situation with regard to wet land and likely damage to the water body.
