Order of the Supreme Court of India regarding loans for the incoming agricultural season, India, 02/05/2018

Order of the Supreme Court of India in the matter of National Bank of Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) Manager & Others Vs Abdul Majid Babaso Momin & Others dated 02/05/2018 regarding loans for the incoming agricultural season. Supreme Court directs that farmers whose loan amount is upto Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees one lakh) can receive loan for the incoming agricultural season. This order shall be subject to order/orders as may be passed in the Special Leave Petition (16087/2017) which would be listed for hearing on 28th August, 2018.
