Order of the National Green Tribunal regarding consent to operate granted to M/s Simbhaoli Sugars Ltd. & Distellery by the Uttar Pradesh Pollution Control Board, 12/02/2014

The National Green Tribunal (NGT) Wednesday directed the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) and Uttar Pradesh Pollution Control Baord to inspect M/s Simbhaoli Sugars Ltd. & Distellery and the Goplaljee Dairy on whether they were discharging effluents into the Ganga river.
