Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Rajiv Narayan & Others Vs Union of India & Others dated 12/04/2019 regarding non-compliance of the Hazardous and Other Wastes (Management and Transboundary Movement) Rules, 2016.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Rajiv Narayan & Anr. Vs. Union of India & Others dated 13/09/2017 regarding units generating hazardous waste in India. Counsels appearing for the State of Uttar Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh State Pollution Control Board and other State Pollution Control Boards pray for time to seek instructions to give the exact number of units generating hazardous waste, which is being generated by any activity whatsoever i.e.

Order of the National Green Tribunal (Principal Bench, New Delhi) in the matter of Rajiv Narayan & Anr. Vs. Union of India & Ors. dated 27/07/2015 regarding the issue of hazardous waste.

M/s. Ramky Enviro Engineers Ltd. will place before the Tribunal an affidavit explaining as to how they are dealing with the total Hazardous Waste collected from the Uttar Pradesh and other states and where and how they are depositing and treating the Hazardous Waste with reference to the Hazardous Waste Rules 2000.
