Ltd. & Others dated 19/02/2019 regarding violation of Environmental Clearance conditions by M/s. Magic Info Solutions Pvt. Ltd. in setting up a housing project at Sector 104, Gurugram. According to the applicant, sewerage was being collected in the collection sump. Sewerage disposal was unscientific. The Haryana Urban Development Authority (HUDA) water supply was not connected with the project.
