Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Zumbarlal Dnyanoba Murkute Vs Dr. Nitin Virsingh Daliya & Others dated 04/07/2019 regarding illegal discharge of untreated effluents by Nityanand Institute of Medical Science while running a hospital, resort and party hall. It has been alleged that there is no proper waste management arrangement and untreated effluent was continuously being discharged causing massive damage to the environment.
